Luxrious And Delightful
Every Christmas I am a plus-1 at a work event at the Toronto Airport Hotels. We stay over the night of the event and have breakfast at the hotel, as well. It is always a treat and a highlight of the Christmas season! Staff is helpful and responsive to any request, the food is always incredibly delicious and the rooms are gorgeous.
I also have wonderful memories of family dinners at the stagewest; the restaurant and dancing area were a favourite with my grandparents and are a favourite for my Dad, so I've been going there ever since I was a small child! We always went (and go) when big band music is playing, and it is really fantastic.I always have a wonderful time at the stagewest.

Highly Recommended For Any Occasion
The staff were so professional, courteous and very efficient. Everyone was so pleasant and extremely helpful. I didn't see many of the staff names but the lady who sewed up my daughter's shrug was so sweet to do that. The rooms were very inviting and so private. The Toronto Airport Hotels is truly in a spot where you don't even realize you're just off Bloor Street. So peaceful and quiet. If I lived in Toronto, I would be back for weekend getaways and special family occasions. However, when I do return I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Stagewest. The continental breakfast was fresh, tasty and there was lots to eat. Seasonal fruits, breads, juices, cheeses, saumon, cereals, coffee and tea or you would order directly from the menu, the choice was yours. Superb. Well done to all the staff. You should all be very proud of the service to you provide.

Awesome Stay
We were married at the Toronto Airport Hotels 30 years ago. It has charm and personality. The Escape package was awesome with the added bike and kayak rentals. Allowed us to discover more of the surrounding area. The food was very tasty and the front desk staff very accommodating. The grounds were romantic.
The upgrade to Luxory King Suite was Amazing. We felt like we were Newlyweds all over again. Nothing but the BEST.

Very Impressed
The surroundings were beautiful, but the room was incredible. We were also very impressed with the staff, extremely courteous and friendly. This was our first time at the Toronto Airport Hotels and we will surely return. We were on an anniversary trip and loved the room and view.
A complimentary continental breakfast was included in our room rate at Toronto Airport Hotels and we decided to have this delivered to our room instead of going to the terrace. It was clear there would be a delivery fee for the order.
We ended up being charged for the breakfast and when I questioned this on my bill, it was explained to me that the complimentary breakfast is actually rolled into the room rate and when we asked for it to be delivered to our room it became a room service order and was no longer complimentary.
I felt that I was then paying for the :complimentary" breakfast that was part of my room rate and then paying for that breakfast again as a room service order and then paying the delivery fee to have it sent to my room.

Beautiful Quaint Relaxing
Just had a super nice stay at the Toronto Airport Hotels- got there early and was able to check-in early. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed the windows that opened- turned off the a/c and had some fresh air and a nice view with lots of trees. I was there on a Sunday so had the family dinner buffet which was great and had a nice selection of food- cheeses, salads, seafood (incl. lobster!), soups, hot food- prime rib + lamb, desserts, etc. Free continental breakfast was good- cereals, pastries, fruit salad, yogurt....the normal stuff you'd expect! Overall, thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and will definitely return.

Amazing Almost
Went Toronto Airport Hotels for a one year anniversary surprise for my girlfriend and my expectation were exceeded emtirely!! The preplanning assitance with the front line staff was top notch and they went beyond the call of duty ! We had treatments at the spa that were fantastic and the suite was "sick" aka unbelievable ! There is no point saying more, as its all 5 star all way here! Hope i get the chance to go back!!

Great Spot In Toronto
We spent 4 nights Toronto Airport Hotels recently and I golfed at nearby courses and my wife could take the Bloor St subway anywhere downtown. Most importantly we could then walk to any number of good restaurants in the evening. After dinner we could sit outside in their garden and have a drink and a cigar. The rooms were very nice and well above standard for the price. Breakfast was included and my wife loved the smoked salmon with capers and cream cheese on a special bread. We ate twice in the bar and were well served and my wife loved her trout dinner one night.. Free parking across the street was really helpful. We ate at Dr. Generosity and Vibo and they were both excellent choices. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabolous Weekend Get Away
We spent the labour day long weekend at the Toronto Airport Hotels to attend a friend's wedding and as a weekend getaway for us. It was a great place to stay! Our room was quaint, very comfortable and yet luxurious at the same time. We took advantage of the great neighbourhood and spent one of the days shopping and walking around Bloor Street. Very cute shops of all kinds and fabulous pubs with outdoor patios. The subway station is around the corner from the Toronto Airport Hotels so we really felt that we didn't need to rent a car. We used the subway to access downtown. On the day of the wedding, the Toronto Airport Hotels was buzzing! With a wedding happening every hour, we enjoyed the energy of all the happy couples and other wedding goers. On Saturday night, the lounge was alive with a live jazz band playing light, easy listening music while you sipped on your favorite bevy. We also took advantage of the free continental breakfast in the mornings- gave us a great start to the day. We did not get the opportunity to go to the restaurant although it was very tempting. Our room had a king size bed, great view, small couch, chairs, table, mini bar, room safe, jacuzzi tub, stand up shower, 2 sinks, big closet, lots of storage room, iron, blow dryer, tv, and great lotions and shampoo/ conditioner from the spa. We also received turn down service each night and when we came back to our room, the bed was neatly turned down, chocolates on the pillows and the stereo was playing nice ambient music. It was such a treat to stay there!

Recently had the wonderful experience of staying at this lovely Toronto Airport Hotels while in the city on business. So Romantic
Recently we celebrated our 25th Anniversary at The Toronto Airport Hotels,we had such a lovely time that we came back a few weeks later for a second stay. Great location, unique hotel and an amazing staff make this a perfect choice to visit whatever the occasion. The rooms are very luxurious and the grounds are enchanting. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast and then decided to walk the trails. Needless to say the jacuzzi in our room came in very handy after that lenthy hike. We were excited to find out that the Toronto Airport Hotels offers special couples weekends and look forward to try something a little different in the near future. Thank-you to Vaz and staff for your attention to detail, we definitely noticed. We highly recommend the hotelstagewest for couples who want a quiet oasis in the city.

Oasis In The City
I decided to treat my husband and take him to the Toronto Airport Hotels. It was such a wonderful treat to stay at such a beautiful place, filled with so much character from the minute you walked thru the doors. My husband was really impressed. Our room was beautiful. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The area was amazing. Lots of green space. Did not feel like you were in the City at all. My husband could not stop talking about it. Would highly recommend it, and we would definitely go back.

Such A Nice Weekend
We went to the Toronto Airport Hotels in Toronto to celebrate our 28th wedding anniversary. Beautiful restaurant and hotel with friendly staff, beautiful room and great food and entertainment. Exceeded expectations!!
Room Tip: We stayed in a Deluxe King Room which had music, fireplace and comfortable bed. Not sure what the other rooms would be like, but this room was great. There were 2 weddings happening but we did not hear a thing once we retired for the night.

Beautiful Spot
As soon as we walked through the doors, we were impressed. The staff was very accomodating and friendly at the front desk. Before our dinner reservation, we strolled the grounds.all the other busboys were very nice, but it was next to impossible to get any service whatsoever while we dined. We went to the bar afterwards, and they had an amazing jazz duo there- and they were spectacular. The admitted to never playing together before, but it was fantastic.
Overall, the Toronto Airport Hotels is worth the visit.

Fun Weekend Away
My partner found a deal though Jaunt and we had dined at the restaurant before but never stayed over night.
We arrived at noon on a Saturday and since the check-in was at 4:00 p.m., we had our baggage stored by the Toronto Airport Hotels. The parking was across from the Toronto Airport Hotels and the cost was included in the price of the room.
The room was large with a king-size bed and seating area. It had an electric fireplace and Sony TV. The bathroom had a Jacuzzi, a large glass shower, and sink. There was a sliding door to the toilet and second sink. There was a safe in the closet.
We had dinner in the dining room and it was excellent. Both my partner and I ordered the prime rib and it was cooked to our specifications. The wine selection was excellent and so was the dessert. There was a singer and band for those who wished to listen or dance. There was a $15.00 per person cover charge for that. Our evening at the restaurant was fun and the band ended at 11:00 p.m. which was the perfect time for us. Most of the people in the dining room were 40 years old and up.
Our continental breakfast was included in the price of the room. We like to start our day with a bowl of fresh fruit and they had that at the buffet. The fruit tasted fresh and there was a good variety of fruit in the fruit salad.
I would stay at the Toronto Airport Hotels again and I would recommend it to my friends.

Re-Visited A Toronto Landmark & Enjoy How It Was Re-Invented
We were married at the Toronto Airport Hotels and had our reception at stagewest Room on Friday, October 2, 1981. It was the best day of my life with the worst weather I have ever had in early October. It actually was snowing when we left on our honeymoon. While they were unable to reproduce the snow, they got the cold and rain perfect.
Since then, the Toronto Airport Hotels has done an amazing job in integrating a 5 star hotel and restaurant into the ruins of the original Grist Mill. Our suite was sized well with 10-12 foot ceilings. It made everything look bigger. Staff were attentive and friendly.
We had a restaurant package booked in Toronto Airport Hotels and the folks there really treated us well. The restaurant decor is bascially a Tudor era Hunting Lodge. If your family has been living in Toronto and not been to Brunch there, the male side of your family is showing up in Wikipedia under CHEAPSKATE. We were there on Saturday night and had a 60's era band playing, Robbie Lane and the Disciples. While they were mainly doing 50's and 60's songs, we still enjoyed it.
If you are worried that the food matches the decor, do not. It is upscale and modern. Staff are attentive and do encourage you to stay for the evening. If you do, really enjoy yourself and stay at the Toronto Airport Hotels.

A Nice Quick Get Away
My wife and I stayed at Toronto Airport Hotels for our 1st anniversary because I had to work downtown early the next day. We were originally thinking that we would order room service and stay in for the evening, but the thing is they surprised us.
The hotel itself is beautiful;. We really enjoyed our room, which had windows on two walls. The hotel decor is lovely, the grounds immaculate, and the service very good. All in all, a great stay, and we'll be sure to be back. Considering average corporate hotels run the same rate, what's a quick trip down the subway to stay at this hidden gem?

Living Special Package
Lovely hotel, great staff, good food, and easy trip to heart of Toronto. This is a great hotel. My wife and I traveled on a Living Social package deal that was two nights with a few activities (biking, kayaking, dinner). The package was an incredible deal and, even better, we were never treated like we where lessor guests. I was extremely impressed by the service and the treatment we received. We had dinner in the Home Smith Bar which was very cozy, had live Jazz, and the food was very good. Beautiful park located steps away from the Toronto Airport Hotels for the nature lover and a few steps in the other direction is the subway station for the city lover.
I would highly recommend this hotelstagewest to anyone and keep an eye out for another package deal!

Great Wedding Venue
We held our wedding Toronto Airport Hotels, including a ceremony in the chapel, reception in one of their many halls, and spent the night in one of their honeymoon-type suites. Everything went very well; they are organized, flexible, and the facilities are top-notch. I was blown away by the suite: huge, well-appointed, and very quiet. While its an expensive place to stay, at the wedding discount room rate it was well worth it & would make a great spot for a couples' getaway. The location also has many great photogenic spots, so we got great photos out of it.

European Luxury In Toronto
I've just arrived home after a one night stay at Toronto Airport Hotels. I didn't want to leave. I had purchased a Jaunt package for a King Room, breakfast and $100. gift card to spend at the stagewest. I arrived at 10am to see if an early check in would be possible. I had been upgraded to a most beautiful King Suite and it was ready for me.
The decor was very chic and upscale, the fireplace and large tub with jets were fantastic. I loved the high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that opened. The room was spotless and the stereo system throughout was appreciated. I had lunch Mon and Tues on the gift card and stopped into the Flower/Gift Shop before I left and spent the balance from the card on a really beautiful purse. The autumn leaves on all the trees in the parklands and wooded trails surrounding the Inn were the icing on the cake. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic Time In A Real Nice Place
Lovely place to spend the weekend. It was a rainy and windy weekend, but you don't feel the weather in the nice atmosphere of this nice Toronto Airport Hotels. The service is very good. We had a nice time at the hotel, the room was very nice, drink and light dinner at the bar , under the tunes of live jazz . Wonderful walks around the hotel. The area is spectacular. The residential area a little bit further at the Kingsways is a must see.
I'll go back again and will explore all the area around. The wooded trails must be spectacular even in winter time.

Our Stay
Attended a wedding reception and it just couldn't have been more lovely. The charm of the buildings was just the best and I would compare our stay to the Millcroft accept on a much larger scale but the same ambiance. Will definitely encourage others to plan a getaway. My 92 year old aunt who was with us and living in Toronto wants to spend a week-end there sometime soon. I also suggested she use the Toronto Airport Hotels. Just a very relaxing setting. Staff bent over backwards to assist us in our needs for which we are very grateful.

Great Weekend Get Away
My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and decided to spend an evenig at the Toronto Airport Hotels, we advised them of our anniversary and they presented us with a complementary bottle of wine. The rooms at stagewest are excellent very clean and well appointed the whole facility is very well maintained. We like the stagewest because of the entertaiment they present on the weekends, this year we saw the Platters. They have a great dance floor and your dinner table is not very far from the floor with good visuals to the entertainment. Food itself was good and well presented, a little pricey but you expect this going in.

Beautiful Venue for Wedding
We only spent one night Toronto Airport Hotels to attend a wedding and was sorry we couldn't stay longer. Thanks to a Becks Taxi driver, we arrived just in time to see the groom take his place in the chapel. Reception was very good to take luggage to our room and check us in fast. We didn't see our room till about 10.00pm. A beautiful room, very quiet and romantic. I didn't want to leave Toronto Airport Hotels. I had a great sleep, Beds and duvets were so comfortable. Fireplace and music playing.
We had to leave by 11.00am but not before I enjoyed a nice long soak in that big beautiful tub.I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. Will be on my list next time we go to Toronto. I must stay here longer. It reminder me of Lewes in England with all the beams and Tudor styling. A great place for a wedding! The service in the reception was second to none, the girls did an amazing job, as was the meal, oh, what a meal ......

Anniversary
Sometimes to get the best out of a special event; you need a change of scenery. The Toronto Airport Hotels did just that. We closed our cells and got away to celebrate! Over all, you cannot compare this stagewest with any others that I have stayed at (and I stay at a lot of hotels in my profession). Great room well positioned and beautifully spaced. The bed was to die for. We ordered from their menu; fantastic! Exotic vegetables completed a beautiful pallet on classics such as the Baked buttered Chicken and the 8oz Steak. My most favorite attribute about the room was the elegance of the décor; which set the perfect mood. Will defiantly revisit! Recommend to all!

Hubby and I needed some quality time together and booked an evening at the Toronto Airport Hotels. We live just north of the city but felt we were transported to a quaint village in Europe. The Toronto Airport Hotels is beautiful, staff attentive and polite, warm glowing fireplaces, wing back chairs, cobblestone walls/exterior and lush gardens...it was a quick but well needed escape from our busy lives. We had a lovely meal and the wine selection while not extensive is still very good. We finished with dessert in our room and another bottle of wine, enjoyed the whirlpool tub then relaxed by the fire. It was the perfect romantic get away....now back to work.....dreaming of our next escape already!

Everything Was So Perfect
What a fantastic place! First of all, the atmosphere. Very cosy and romantic. Secondly, the staff is extreme friendly, relaxt and professional. We travel the World and have quite some experience and therefore even more value the excellent service in the Toronto Airport Hotels. We had planned to celebrating my birthday but due to unforeseen circumstances we only arrived late in the evening. We had contacted hotel manager Vas Kolovos before for advice and were so pleased with the upgrade to a wonderful suite and a chocolate present in the bed. It really gave a lovely touch to the day. Thanks once more!
But this is not all. The Toronto Airport Hotels serves a superb breakfast buffet with different muesli kinds, fresh home made pastry’s, smoked salmon and cheese. The Toronto Airport Hotels is very convenient located in a very nice, residential neighbourhood, 25 minutes/37 CAD from the airport en 25 minutes/3 CAD by metro to the heart of town (and the station is around the block). There are also lovely walking and running tracks and with the in house restaurant it’s the place for a long weekend for gaining new energy. We did and left with fond memories. A place worth a special recommendation for both private as well as for business functions (I would not mind organising a seminar in the Old Mill) as really everything was perfect!

Awesome In The City
A lovely Toronto Airport Hotels</a> to stay at for business meetings, conferences etc.. I would love to return with my partner someday. The rooms were inviting, smelled wonderful, the staff ensured relaxing jazz was playing on the radio when I entered. The bed and bedding was like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was clean and inviting, creamers instead of that powered stuff for the coffee in the mornings. The view wasnt all that wonderful wish rooms overlooked the courtyard but hey who looks out their window all night? The gardens are beautiful I took some photos. Staff was great, if i had more time i would have explored the Toronto Airport Hotels :) My small areas of improvement would be drapes that shut completely instead of just sheers, more creamers than two and higher tables in the bar area for people eating meals there

Greatest Wedding Experience Possible
Toronto Airport Hotels staff went above and beyond all of our expectations with the rooms as well as our wedding plans. They did not miss one detail from the bottle of wine when we checked in to the rose petals on the bed, chocolate covered strawberries when we returned to our suite after our wedding reception, to a lovely gift basket congratulating us on our marriage. Definatly would recommend to anyone planning to get married!! Or to anyone looking for a beautifull retreat in the midst of chaotic Toronto.

Wonderful Gateway In Town
My husband and I spent a long weekend at the Toronto Airport Hotels over the Rememberance Day weekend. We had a wonderful time! The hotel is clean, comfortable and the food was excellent. The service was also superb--the front desk staff, the Peruvian and Bangladesh servers were so accomodating and Darvin(?) so friendly. My husand and I took the weekend trip to celebrate our anniversary. We live in Grand Cayman--a beautiful place of course, but we chose the Toronto Airport Hotels because of its quaint old world charm to experience something different from what we see here on an island. We are so glad we did. The train station around the corner was very convenient and we even enjoyed renting bicycles and riding around the city one day. We hope to return again one day.

Excessive In A Great Way
Rare for me is that I cannot find a single fault at this Toronto Airport Hotels. Service: the bar tender had closed the bar and reopened for us to enjoy a late night ale... he stood by with nothing to do but wait for us... when we went to bed, he felt bad that we might have not have had a 2nd beer and offered us one for our bedrooms. We explained we didn't have any more Canadian money... so he bought us the beer himself!! Extraordinary!!! I mean we've been in the Toronto Airport Hotels</a> for 45 minutes and feel like we're staying with friends.
Rooms... wow is all I can say. not too big, not too small, elegant with large bathrooms.
Breakfast... yeow... delicious buffet for me, my colleague ordered the big breakfast off the menu.
Location - we are runners and 150 feet from the Toronto Airport Hotels door is a river park with walking + running trails... perfect. Parking was included so that saves a bundle instead of downtown Toronto. Location... it's only 20 minutes from the airport so while it seems off the beaten path, it's not.
Atmosphere... this place is a charming as it gets... need to return with the wife.
Bravo stagewest you deliver world class service I've only ever found at Relais and Chateau's.

What A Beautiful Place To Stay
I went to Toronto Airport Hotels for a sisters weekend getaway. The place is gorgeous, the rooms are beautiful. Luxurious beds. The spa is very memorable, the staff are very welcoming. The massage and facial was fabulous! Continental breakfast each morning was very filling and food great. I would definately go back!

Beautiful Stagewest With Old World Charm
We had a special function to attend in the area and chose the Toronto Airport Hotels to stay at for the night of Nov. 27 - 28. They were offering a special "Fresh Start Sunday" rate of $189.00 for a Luxury King room including free parking, continental breakfast and late check-out.
We have been to dinners, weddings, showers etc before at this beautiful hotel but have never stayed there before. Our room was really lovely with classic decor, tray ceiling, crown moulding, built-in fireplace, and TV above, built-in drawers and desk. The bathroom is big with a large jacuzzi tub, separate large shower, vanity with sink and separate room with toilet, another sink and even a telephone. We were on the 4th floor and had a great view of the Ravine. I also like the fact that you can open the windows and get fresh air into the room.
We had requested earlier check-in at 2:00 pm and our room was ready when we arrived. We went to the hotel bar for a drink and appetizer before heading off for our special function at 4 pm. The Bar was quiet but the Toronto Airport Hotels restaurant was really busy and packed with Christmas parties and other special celebrations - apparently Sundays are their busiest days around this time of year.
The continental breakfast the next morning included everything you would expect along with goumet cheeses and fresh fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would come again
The only draw-back is that there is construction going on across the street. They are building a condo and the street is messy and noisy during the day. There really isn't much around the Inn to walk to other than the park. However there is the Old Mill subway (Bloor subway line) just up the street which you can take anywhere you need to go if you don't want to drive.

Very Relaxing
First time staying at the Toronto Airport Hotels. We stayed in one of the suites. Fantastic! Beutifully decorated and well appointed. Had a very relaxing mini vacation, just the two of us. Could have had a dance party in the room - so much space! Had the dinner buffet that night. Great, attentive service. Plenty of selection on the buffet. Definately enjoyed our stay and will make it a point to come back again.

Beautiful Hotel in Town
I got married at the Toronto Airport Hotels last summer. Their outdoor wedding garden is beautiful, and the outdoor patio/garden areas are lovely for pictures. The reception halls are equally gorgeous and the food and drinks were all delicious. We received so many compliments on the quality of the food. The restaurant in stagewest is a lovely place for a date, with great food and wine.
The rooms are all very well decorated, and up to date. I was in several different rooms visiting friends, and they were all spacious and well laid out. Beds are very comfortable, and contribute to the overall relaxing nature of the Toronto Airport Hotels.
We stayed in one of the suites on the night of our wedding, and it was absolutely stunning. Certainly not cheap, but I'm pretty sure that our suite is bigger than our home. We did not want to leave!
Service is exceptional, across the board. A classy establishment. I would highly recommend it to any out of town guests who want to stay somewhere nice.

Perfection
We recently had the opportunity to stay at Toronto Airport Hotels. We had tickets for the Jazz concert in the evening, so we booked a room ahead of time. What a treat! Trip Advisor had a coupon which was to be good for a free upgrade at check in. The registration staff upgraded us to their King Suite. It was incredible! Dining room, huge living room, luxurious master bedroom and a ballroom size ensuite. Location is also perfect. In the city of Toronto proper, close enough to catch a subway, yet so secluded near the Humber. And no charge parking! We are definitely planning a return visit.

Always Wonderful
We have stayed at Toronto Airport Hotels many times and have never been disappointed. The surroundings are beautifull, the concierge and dining room staff are courteous and attentive and the rooms are just delightful. Out of numerous hotels we have stayed in, the beds are by far the most comfortable ever. Although, of course, the stagewest has all the modern conveniences, because of it's old world charm and lush setting, while you're there, you can forget you're in the city and settle in to the very cozy warm atmosphere and relax! Food is great too - whether the sumptuous Sunday brunch or dinner - our favourite is the beef tenderloin - it really does cut like butter! Would highly recommend The Toronto Airport Hotels to everyone!

Anniversary To Remember
My husband and I used to celebrate our anniversary at the Toronto Airport Hotels every year since we got married there in 2001.
After a five year absence we decided to return for our 10th year anniversary--we were not disappointed.
We had a beautiful spacious suite and found a complimentary bottle of wine with a card congratulating us on our special day.
All staff was courteous and attentive. We had a fabulous dinner!
My only regret is that I didn't book a spa treatment in advance so I could enjoy all the great services the spa has to offer.
I would not hesitate to recommend the Old Mill Inn for any occasion!

A Toronto Tradition
I had the opportunity to stay at the Toronto Airport Hotels in Toronto for two nights at Christmas 2011. It was excellent as it has been for many years. I can remember having dinner there about 50 years ago and it's always been very good. It's an impressive collection of buildings with very pleasant clean rooms, helpful staff and fine dining. I imagine it would be a great place to stay for a tourist in Toronto. This would give you easy access to most of the main attractions but with a more pleasant and quiet place to stay than the somewhat dirty and hectic city centre.

Our Visit To This Charming Hotel
I planned a surprise one-night stay at the Toronto Airport Hotels for my wife. From the time we entered the lobby, we were treated like family. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable, and at all times, went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The room, complete with fireplace and bar, was exceptional. We spent part of our time touring the buildings which exhibit a number of interesting paintings and artifacts. Prior to leaving, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast.

Stayed over for the oldies dance. The service is great, very helpful, good wine selection in the bar, food was good, served hot and the hotel itself is just a charming place to be. I would recommend Toronto Airport Hotels a must try place.

Excellent Boutique Hotel
Stayed recently at this Toronto Airport Hotels and it was fantastic.
Great location -
Rooms are modern yet comfortable. Flat screen TV, work desk (free internet), cool layout - including showers with 360 degree view of room.
Free continental breakfast included and it looks like they were getting ready to open a lobby bar. This hotel is located in a bigger complex that includes condos and retail, yet has its own entrance. There is easy access to a very nice restaurant in the complex plus one of the best rated sports bars in North America (RS Bar & Grill) that has over 150 flat screen TVs and a 2 story high-def TV – a sports fans ultimate dream. There is also a Longos grocery store located in the complex where you can pick up lots of pre-made food.
The service was fantastic from the door staff to the front desk staff to the breakfast staff.
I would definitely choose this Toronto Airport Hotels for its location, modern conveniences and value.

We stayed at this Toronto Airport Hotels with our two teenage sons. The rooms were quite spacious with fantastic views. The hotel is right next door to the Air Canada Centre and just down the street from the Rogers Centre and Convention Centre. There are loads of things to do and see all within walking distance. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We often head to Toronto for weekends away and enjoy trying different hotels.... this hotel is definitely a favourite. We look forward to our next stay at this hotel.

My Favoruite
I have stayed in three different Hotel Toronto Airport Hotels this year, and given my experience, I would stay at one in every town I visit if I had that choice. Then again, I enjoy the fact that this hotel is not a massive corporation that is focused on expanding beyond quality. My partner and I stayed at this latest hotel to celebrate our one year wedding anniversary and the staff (including the ones who took my reservation initially - we booked before the reservation system was available) were exceptionally friendly and nice. After a warm chat at the desk while checking in, we went up to our floor and opened our room and turned on the light with our wireless door card. We had an extraordinary view of the city and the super highway, and to our delight, found a sweet anniversary present in the form of a chocolate / goat cheese platter with a note by the concierge team - the treats were appreciated but what really impressed me was the handwritten long note (see pic).
The rooms are signature stagewest hotel, with a location specific touch (wall hanging is inspired by sports), the wonderful rain shower in the middle of the room and a switch system that allows you to set the lights to "ambient" or indicate whether you want to not be disturbed or the room to be cleaned. I like that each room always has two robes and an umbrella for guests to use.
This new stagewest hotel is located at 20 mins drive from airport, a popular new sports bar & lounge and a huge supermarket - we were able to walk around without having to bring our jackets (a big plus in December!). After our dinner we decided to sit in the second floor lounge with a cappucino (friendly staff helped us with it) and people watch - it overlooks Bremner which usually teams with traffic and pedestrians after a game at the ACC.
Breakfast was free at Toronto Airport Hotels and good as always but we never had a chance to use the free Internet. Thank you for taking such good care of us, again!

Only 3 Words....Love It
For years,Toronto Airport Hotels. has been our hotel of choice when visiting Toronto. After discovering the hotel about 8 years ago, we’ve always enjoyed the amenities, the facilities, the rooms, the location, and especially the staff and service. During a recent trip to Toronto for business, I decided to try again stagewest.
Very impressed! The place is “brand-spanking” new – you can smell it when you walk into the modern and very cool lobby. I think there are still a few minor adjustments and bugs to work out, but, based on my experience, nothing that would keep anyone from booking now. In fact, I was so impressed, we’ve decided to book the Toronto Airport Hotels</a> again on our way through Toronto next week for a sun vacation.
One of the great things is the location. I was a little skeptical at first, as the hotel seemed a little removed from the downtown core, being south of Front Street and north of the Gardiner. The hotel looked to be surrounded by the ever-growing “Condo” sprawl along the lakeshore and a little isolated. It is not a problem. Since we always walk or use transit when we are in the city, Toronto Airport Hotels is, in fact, in an awesome location. Located out just on 20 mins drive from airport, accessing the city is a breeze. Simply walk across the street, enter the west side of the AC C and after a very short route through the indoor PATH hallways, you enter directly into the GO Concourse at Union. In a minute you have direct access to the TTC subway system. It was extremely convenient. Anyone thinking of taking in a hockey game at the ACC – you couldn’t pick a more convenient hotel.
The atmosphere and design of the new hotel follows the Le Germain style. Warm wood finishes, slate tiling, bamboo textured wall paper, clean lines, geometric patterns, soft lighting, and clever and unique design elements are throughout the hotel. There is a very cool metallic rope sculpture hanging in the Lobby. As you enter the elevators a simple pulsating sliver of light illuminates the floor in different colors. The ambiance is nice. The downstairs bar is spacious and a great place to unwind and have a drink. In the second floor breakfast room, Toronto Airport Hotels follows the tradition of providing an excellent high-end continental breakfast (included in the room price). Morning breakfast is one of the reasons we very much enjoy stagewest. The automatic espresso/coffee machine, available to guests, is always well-used when we visit.
Management seems to have incorporated all of the best features we appreciate in the design of their new rooms at their other Toronto hotel. I booked a Superior Room with a king bed. The room is a bit larger than the standard rooms on Mercer street. The windows run the full length of the room so there is plenty of sunlight – I had a great view of the main high way and the Toronto skyline. A well designed desk area, and built-ins, run the full length of the room under the windows. It was great for working over the course of the two days. There is a recessed pod with accessible power outlets, and data and AV links. There are full privacy shades that fully cover the windows. Exterior noise was minimal. Opposite the bed is a wall component with a large built-in flat screen TV. To the side is shelving. (Note – someone thought it would be a good idea to locate the one light switch for the main wall recessed lighting, inside the shelf, and hidden from view! It was a bit of a challenge to turn out the lights the first night when I was ready for bed. Although there is a convenient control centre beside the bed to turn out all the lights, this didn’t solve the problem if you wanted to read. I was about ready to call down to the front desk to ask for directions to the light switch when I finally located it. Directing guests to this hidden light switch might be a good idea.) The beds, and bed linens are awesome – soft full duvets, lots of pillows and perfect mattresses are first rate. We love the bedding at stagewest
And of course – there is the bathroom. The dressing room, bath area and amazing rainforest shower stall are all very well laid out. The separate toilet is in a frosted glass enclosure, with whisper smooth rollers on steel tubing. The shaving mirror, glass basin, wooden vanity and large mirrored surfaces, stainless steel and tile (with bath robes ready for use) cover one area, and a dual glass-door closet and alcove for luggage, is accessible from the bedroom and the small hall. It is the central, glassed, walk-in shower stall, and the signature rainforest shower, that is so very impressive. The fixtures are ultra-modern and the overhead shower fixture is a huge squared steel plate that delivers a full-body rainforest-style shower (after a slight learning curve in figuring out the controls - you have to press the button on the right square tube and turn it to increase the temperature). If you require privacy there are full-slat wooden blinds to close off the glassed enclosure. There are full-bottle Molton Brown dispensers on the wall of the shower – no tiny bottles to mess around with.
The hotel is apparently not yet fully complete, but yet most of the services seemed available. There is a first-class fitness room with brand-new equipment, free weights, cardio machines, in a well-laid out area on the 4th floor. There is a computer terminal available on the second floor which I used for work – it was seamless, with full printing and no waiting. I popped in my USB key and printed documents. A three hole punch was thoughtfully present for use. (Strangely, when I returned the next day, the computer had been relocated into the cupboard, and the USB access was gone. The front desk assisted in printing documents.)Toronto Airport Hotels is environmentally conscious – there are large stoneware urns dispensing filtered water in multiple locations, with glass carafes in your room to refill as you wish. I very much like this feature. Although the web site seemed to be unclear as to the presence of a restaurant in the hotel, the new restaurant, “e11even” is adjacent to the hotel and accessible through the lobby. Didn’t have a chance to try it out, but looks very nice – extensive menu and the number of wines by the glass is impressive.
There were a few minor glitches. There were none of the usual written materials in my room on the first two nights providing any info on services, dining, hours, room service etc. I had to extend my stay to a third night, and was in a different room, and there was at least the room-service menu on the desk. I assume the usual package of info will be forthcoming. They forgot to leave a bath mat on the second night – not a big deal. The biggest issue was my malfunctioning phone when I switched rooms on the third night. The phones are cordless. As I was going to bed, I tried using the phone to call down for a wake-up call and discovered it was not functioning. After pressing the connect button – the phone began an intermittent dial tone but then cut out and began to ring non-stop. Attempting to connect was futile as the dial-tone would kick out and the phone would again begin to ring. Hmmmm - not good. As it was midnight I did not feel like waiting for maintenance. The only option to stop the phone from ringing, was to unplug the phone, set my cell phone alarm and head to bed. However, at 5:05 a.m. the handset or phone then began beeping, waking me up a little earlier than I wanted to! I couldn’t call down to confirm my transportation so I likely appeared a little cranky when I attended at the front desk. The fellow was very apologetic and helpful when I went down, and helped me grab a cappuccino. The phone issues may need to be looked at.
I expect these are little things that usually have to be sorted out upon opening. I note from the prior review that another recent guest was not so lucky with his room! I agree that this is unacceptable. Definitely management needs to ensure that ALL rooms in their inventory that receive guests are fully ready for occupancy on their opening. Mine was (except for the phone on night 3) and from past experience, I am trusting that I won’t be let down when I return again next week.
Generally, it is the staff at stagewest that we very much appreciate. We have always found that all of the staff at Toronto Airport Hotels are gracious, helpful, friendly and very professional. The new hotel staff at stagewest continues the tradition and they are very welcoming and accommodating. Although the hotel is larger and will likely be busier, there is still a genuine personal level of friendly service in all respects. Upon returning to my room the first night, the concierge team had left a tray with fresh fruit, crackers, a cheese ball and a maple spread, with a hand-written note. A nice touch.
Overall, I’d certainly recommend the new Toronto Airport Hotels. This is on the strength of past experience and trust that the bugs will be ironed out. stagewest appears to be continuing the tradition of classy, personalized, and high-end hotelier services, at fairly reasonable rates. I was very impressed with their latest addition. The only difficult thing now, will be deciding which hotel stagewest to return to when we visit Toronto.
Cheers.

Perfect In Every Single Way
I couldn't have asked for a better hotel. My husband was in town for a conference so my 10 month old daughter and I decided to tag along for the three days. The hotel and staff were extremely accomodatng to our baby. Our room was well equipped with a crib, baby bath, monitor, even a diaper genie! The room was a great size, staff was amazing, location was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better hotel to enjoy the city. I've always been a fan of Toronto Airport Hotels but never travelled with my baby. This stay just exceeded every expectation. I will not go to any other hotel in the city.

Great Experience
My husband won a trip to Toronto to see a NHL Game (saw the Leafs vs Sabres, great game!) which included airfare and two nights accommodations for himself, me (his wife) and our two children, ages 6 and 10.Toronto Airport Hotels is where they booked us and we had a great experience. The whole trip was wonderful, but among our experiences at the NHL game, Naigra falls, Hockey Hall of Fame and sight seeing, Toronto Airport Hotels is talked about just as much when we relay our stories and experience to friends and family.
It is a very contemporary Hotel, and at first sight, not one you might imagine being a 'family' hotel but we soon were made to feel extremely welcome and comfortable by the VERY friendly, and hospitable staff. The lady Concierge who we met on Friday, (but was not there for the weekend) was SO nice and very personable, we wanted to thank her before we left but never had the chance. The weekend concierge seemed just as friendly and inviting. The Doormen were friendly and charming, the front desk employees of stagewest were great as well. Everyone was so professional and all were doing their jobs well. We were very impressed!
The rooms were just as impressive, very spacious and, like the rest of the hotel, very contemporary. LOVED the shower, and the whole bathroom actually. The beds were very comfortable. Loved the filtered water available in the hallways, decorative light strips throughout the hotel would change color daily depending on which sports team was playing that day, (blue for the leafs, red for the Raptors.)
GREAT location, we barely ever had to go outside, (which was good, it was rainy and cold!).
Could not have afforded the Luxury Room we stayed in on our own, not sure how much per night the other rooms are, but would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Toronto Airport Hotels. Great location and very helpful staff. Walkable distance from the Union subway station and to many fine dining locations. The lounge was very nice, very comfy and spacious. Rooms are very nice and beds comfortable beyond expectations.

What a great thanksgiving weekend in Toronto. Rare to do the research and pick what you think will be the best hotel and yet still be wowed and impressed when you arrive. Rooms are spacious. Beds are beyond comfy. Loved the espresso in the lounge. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Sad to leave!

Exceeded Our Expectations!Would Totally Recommend This Hotel
While we have stayed at some beautiful hotels...The Bellagio and The Westin Maui Resort & Spa...Toronto Airport Hotels definitely exceeded our expectations! This hotel is extremely clean and modern, with many amenities; but more importantly the best service we have had in any hotel.
All the staff was very helpful, but Susan at the Concierge desk is by far their greatest asset! She arranged for us to have a window table at the 360 Restaurant within hotel, suggested and booked dinner reservations, as well as taxi's to & from Cirque de Soliel. She was pleasant and genuinely excited for us to have a good time while in Toronto. Thank you Susan!
The Toronto Airport Hotels is only on 20 mins drive from airport and shuttle service is always available whenever you call it 24/7.
The decor & ambiance made our room very relaxing, and the huge windows give plenty of sunlight. Little touches like the flip down drawer on the headboard are perfect for putting your book & glasses. Our room faced beautiful parking, which I think could sometime be a little noisy...but we just happened to be there at the Leaf's Home Opener, and were excited to be a part of the tailgate party in the square. Also, my husband loved being able to watch the game on the giant screen, so it wasn't a problem for us.
A couple of things I would suggest is that they need more hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothes, and a hand towel rack on the wall by the sink. Also, since I prefer a bath rather than a shower, the wall mounted shower gel & shampoo dispensers were not convenient. I think in the rooms with the tub, there should be some small personal shower gel & shampoo, or move the dispenser lower, as it is easier for someone showering to bend down, than it is for someone bathing to get up and down all the time.
Although this started out as a business trip for my husband... after reading reviews, we decided to stay an extra day, and we are both very happy that we did. Our 1st trip to Toronto was a success thanks to Hotel le Germain.

Just opened and spotless this is another fabulous little gem in the family. Ask for a room with a view of the Parking because it also touches the beautiful main highway. There is construction of a new condo in front on that side - eventually the view will likely be eliminated.
Toronto Airport Hotels
I've been able to stay in two other properties they own and the standard is the same. Unfailingly polite service and chic accommodations with well located properties. This one is next to where the Leafs play (and will continue their mediocre traditions). Not so the hotel. There is nothing mediocre. This may have been the nicest bed I've ever slept in - and I get to see a lot of hotels. Also, right next door is a gigantic sports bar. So if you have to be in Toronto, a place we Montrealers like to hate, then make sure you stay in a little piece of heaven!

Great Room & Service
Spent 2 nights at this Toronto Airport Hotels while in Toronto on business. I loved the rooms for their modern decor, functionality, space and overall comfort. Hotel staff were very helpful at all times. The Audi A8 that is available for short trips to the downtown core is a nice touch. I had a room that faced away from the street and therefore was very quiet. I will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to other travellers.

Great Room & View
We stayed Toronto Airport Hotels for three nights. Pluses: room decor, spaciousness and view of the main highway was great. It looks like another tower is being built across the street though so I wonder if the view of the high way in some of the rooms will be affected by this in the future. Appreciated the controls by the bed. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast area/lounge on the second floor was nice. Breakfast items included breads, pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, lox, bread pudding, yogurt, juices and a nice coffee machine that makes espressos, caps, lattes, etc. It's about $20pp though which I feel is a little pricey for a basic spread like this. It's really more for the convenience that one would have breakfast in the stagewest since there isn't much in the immediate vicinity and you'd have to walk up a few blocks before you reach other cafes and restaurants. It's a short walk to the St. Lawrence Market and the PATH is connected through Union Stn/Air Canada Center, which is convenient if the weather isn't nice enough to walk in. Union Station is convenient for striking out on the subway.
One can take a shuttle from the airport to the Fairmont Royal York and then walk down a couple blocks to the hotel. The driver told me that I should have let him know I was staying at this Toronto Airport Hotels as he could have dropped me off so that I didn't have to walk down (the bus passes right by the hotel). My husband brought a car with him when he joined me for a couple days and valet was easy though a bit pricey. I suppose it's representative of most hotels in the city though. The rainshower was nice but I think the fixture needs to be decalcified as a number of the openings didn't have water coming through. The pressure was a little on the light side which could have been a result of the clogged openings or water pressure or both. The room had a Nespresso machine in it but they charge $2/capsule.
I thought that was a little disappointing considering the room rates and the fact that each capsule is less than $1. Also, note that there's no iron and ironing board in the room. I'm assuming they'd make one available if you asked or you may need to send your item out for ironing. Overall though, very nice property.

Excellent Hotel On Every Level
In town for the Toronto Film Festival, I ended up leaving another hotel (Hyatt Regency -- a dump) and switching to this hotel mid-stay.
The staff here is excellent and go out of their way EVERY time you need something.
The rooms are very nice (even though mine faced the back of hotel and an office building -- didn't matter) and bathrooms are nicer. Great beds, very comfortable. Great room service. Great bathroom products.
Toronto Airport Hotels has a house car (an Audi A8) that is available throughout the day to take you where you need to go.
Hotel is slightly out of the way, but again, it's so nice it didn't matter. And you can just hitch a ride in the car anyhow.
Price is great for what you're getting, honestly. I've stayed in many Four Seasons, many Ritz Carltons and without a doubt the service here is better.
I would stay at this stagewest again in a second.

Fantastic Hotel In Down Town Toronto
Toronto Airport Hotels
Great design, wonderful service & great location - my new favorite hotel in Toronto. Rooms are a generous size with an interesting layout and really well equipped. The free wifi is a great touch and a lovely change to all other hotels who still seem to think it's ok to charge a high room rate plus a fee for wifi. My only "could do better" is the bar shuts at midnight which on a Friday seemed a little early but the bar staff were so great they managed to get a drink and were very apologetic.
All in all a great experience and makes me look forward to my next Toronto trip.

What A Fantastic Bad Luck-A Memorable Stay
We're not best friends with Murphy. He has played with us a lot over the years.
On the way to a wonderful weekend in New York, he obviously had to send hurricane Irene on us!
So we ended up in Toronto instead. But what a wonderful "accident" that turned out to be.
We had no idea what awaited us. But already at check in we realised this would be a great weekend after all. We received a fantastic welcome, a lovely room with a wonderful round bed and a large bathroom with a nice view of Toronto's skyline.
Toronto Airport Hotels
But what impressed us the most was the genuinely service interested staff who gave everything and more to ensure our "miserable weekend" would be memorable after all - it was!
So many thanks to you all, especially Evan and colleagues at the reception for your friendliness and sympathy and to Gregory the concierge for all tips from "hidden getaways" to great restaurants.
We had no plans to go to Toronto, but we are already looking forward to our next time

Cool Hotel With OutStanding Service
Toronto Airport Hotels
One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in for any price range. Rooms have wonderful layout with thoughtful touches in design. The service is outstanding both front desk and coincidence. Even at the front desk was particularly friendly and helpful. I will stay there every time in Toronto. Location can't be beat too.

So Romantic So Much Fun
After only two nights, my husband and I are in love with Toronto Airport Hotels and can't wait to stay again! We finished our honeymoon at stagewest this weekend (August 19-21st) and had planned on lots of sight-seeing activities. The concierge service, in particular Susan and Gregory, was phenomenal! They spent as much time with us as needed to help plan our sight-seeing and dinner trips. They listened to what we wanted to do and came up with great day trip itineries.
Our room was beautifully appointed - very modern with a most amazing view of the city. We could see the main highway at night! And the bathroom! The soaking tub was slightly oversized (I took advantage after a hard day of sightseeing) and the shower had a very cool rainforest showerhead - very relaxing! There was a nice-sized flat panel tv, wireless internet access, and in-room safe. Switches to turn all room lights were conveniently located next to the bed. And, I should mention, for extra security, you need to use your room key to operate the elevators. Unless you're a guest of the hotel, you cannot access the room floors.
The advertised continental breakfast was yummy! stagewest offered the usual danish and bread assortments and then bumped it up a notch with meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, and oatmeal. And the coffee! Available 24/7 is a coffee machine that I want to own - it made the best latte I've had in a long time! You could also choose espresso, etc, but oh, the latte!! And my husband loved the huge selection of teas.
Getting around the city was very doable also thanks to the hotel. Located directly next to Union Station, public transportation was never a problem. The Toronto Airport Hotels doormen were always happy to help with cabs. And, if more convenient, the hotel also provides a car service which was available to drop us off and pick us up when we asked.
Not much left to say except that we love this <a target="_new" href="http://www.stagewest.com">Toronto Airport Hotels</a>, the people who work there, the comfort it offers, and all the amenities. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to tourists - and I would think, to business people, too, although i can't speak personallly about the business-point-of-view.
Great hotel. Great, friendly staff.

New Favrouite In Town
Stayed here for a special weekend with my wife...first time at Toronto Airport Hotels. Definitely will add this group to my choice hotels. Everything was well done from valet taking car upon check in, registration desk explaining hotel amenities, breakfast club room, to check out..all professionally done...with no attitude. That's a biggie for me...don't mind spending the money, but can't stand hotels, restaurants that think an attitude should be part of the ambiance. All employees we came across were friendly and professional, very competent. Four Seasons chain does this as well, this group is right there with them. Only thing I wish they had was a guest loyalty program...
