Obviously there are complains all over the world about hotels, people do not get satisfy easily because human nature is very demanding they always go for another thing and making always possible to provide everything before you speak is difficult, but to overcome this kind of difficulties Toronto Airport Hotels is trying hard.
We had a wonderful two night weekend stay. The check in was very friendly and quick. Our room was ready and very clean. It was nice being able to still find a smoking room available. The buffet at the dinner theatre was fabulous. Everything was very hot. The show (Guy and Dolls) was great, And the best thing i noticed there was honesty i paid few dollars for the drink and after i forgot to collect the change and the waiter of hotel`s restaurant followed us to our room to pay the change back. The breakfast buffet was a little cool on the Saturday morning but then again we were late coming down and there wasn't the people turn over that there was on Sunday morning. We would both return without hesitation.
