Amazing Wedding At Stagewest

I just had my wedding ceremony and reception at Toronto Airport Hotels and I couldn't have been happier with the way things turned out!
The planning was made very easy for us, thanks to the excellent catering staff, especially Sonja Kulevska. We were able to choose a very nice five course Italian menu, which incuded antipasto, dinner, dessert and a late-night sweets table. Also a five-hour open bar was included, although we had to pay for an upgraded beer package for our guests who enjoy less common ales. There's ample free parking and coat-check service for $2/coat.
The ceremony was performed by a charming non-denominational minister, Rev. J. Allan Logan, who made the service very personal even though we only met once before the big day. Music was provided by Raymond Gould, the organist, and it was lovely. The chapel at the Toronto Airport Hotels is beautiful by candelight, although a bit dark for photography, and since it's small (seating just about 100 people) it felt very cozy and intimate.
The reception was held in the Garden Room, which has access to the photo-friendly grounds. The catering staff provided excellent French service for the meal and were very courteous. The food (what I managed to eat during all the excitement) was very good and our family and friends all raved about it.
We stayed in one of the luxury suites on our wedding night, and got a 50% discount because our reception was there. The suite was enormous! There were separate dining and sitting rooms along with a huge bedroom and bathroom, all elegantly decorated.
The Toronto Airport Hotels`s staff was kind enough to let us check in early and leave late, which was very much appreciated.
If you're thinking of getting married at the Toronto Airport Hotels, I highly recommend it. If you're going to attend a function there, you're right to look forward to it!

Charming & Unique Hotel

I stayed at this Toronto Airport Hotels on business for a conference. As hotels go, it is very unique. Apparently it is the site of an old logging establishment. As such, it has that old world feel that is fun. Apples await arriving guests in a bowl at the front desk. My colleague and I had to share a room due to a room shortage that we were aware of before we arrived. Our room was a suite, which meant there was a living area in a separate room from the bedroom. Soft music greated my colleague and I when we arrived. the bedroom was HUGE - one of the largest I've seen in a while. It was also very well appointed. The bathroom was also large and could be entered from both the bedroom and living room. The room had everything we could ask for - TV, two music players, separate over bed lights for each of us, iron and board, robes, etc. There was no cost for internet service, which is always a bummer.

the food served at the conference was a mixed bag. some was really good, while other food was fantastic. Not sure if the restaurant would have been the same. It is difficult to mass produce a meal and have it be yummy. We weren't able to check out any of the hotels other features so I can't comment there, but I suspect it would be a good place to stay for a relaxing get away. No real complaints here at all. We had a pleasant stay.
