What Every Hotel Should Be

Toronto Airport Hotels
The reception staff were very cheerful, polite and helpful.
They had noted that we were on our honeymoon, and warmly congratulated us, and advised that they had upgraded our room. The new room wasnt too different from what we booked (which was a King Bed Suite - with separate bedroom and living areas), but the upgrade was just a little bit bigger, and little better fished off she said. In doing so, they made us feel like they cared, and wanted to do something something small to make our stay just a little more special. They also gave us complimentary breakfast vouchers for each day, which was not included in the room rate that we selected.

When we got to the room they had placed chocolates, and bottle of champagne to greet us.
The chocolates appeared on our bedisde table each day while we were there.
The room was absolutely great, and in my opinion was what very hotel room should be. A good sized bedroom, with a king bed and city views, joined to the nicely sized, clean and modern bathroom, via a large carpeted powder room with full length mirror, closet, safe and ironing board and iron.
The seperate living area was a good size, with dining table and lounge, fridge, microwave, sink, cutlery and crockery. Virtually a small apartment. We could easily and comfortably live there for some time.
The living area also had large windows with a nice downtown view.
A guest laundry was located at the basement level, with two washing machines ($1 to wash) and two dryers ($2 to dry).

The bar and restaurant was well priced, the food was good and the saff were very cheerful and friendly.
The hotel is also joined to Toronto's PATH system of underground walkways, with two entrances, so that you can leave hotel to go peruse the city and never have to go outside in the weather!
We rate this hotel very highly, and will now use it as the benchmark for any other hotels we stay at.
We liked it so much that we are joinging their membership program :)
